Norfolk Housing’s mission is to create quality, affordable, vibrant, and financially sustainable communities. They were established in 1980 by the residents of the Hillhurst Sunnyside community and built their first mixed-income building that same year. They aim to offer unique and innovative approaches to improving access to affordable housing units and generating a social return for their community.
